Dual-Lamp UV Curing Machine

What it does

Cures at line speed, and half-lamp mode builds adhesion between coats instead of forcing an extra sanding step.

This machine cures UV coatings at line speed with two 9.6 kW lamp sets behind inverted imported mirror reflectors, driven by all-copper magnetic leakage transformers.

Its half-lamp mode semi-dries the film — the standard technique for building adhesion between successive UV coats on wood and panel lines.
