Who we are

The factory was founded in 2003 in Dujiangyan, Chengdu, by a core technical, production and sales team from the former Sichuan Dujiang Woodworking Machinery Factory. It covers about 20,000 m² and runs its own technical innovation center and new-product R&D center.

We build UV curing machines, putty fillers, roller coaters, sprayers, conveying and leveling equipment and film laminators. Products sell across every province of China and, since 2014, into Southeast Asia, Russia, Western Europe, South America, the Middle East and East Asia.

Fonsor Machine is the export brand of Chengdu Fuxinyuan Technology, a coating and surface-finishing equipment manufacturer based in Dujiangyan, Chengdu, China.

How the factory grew

2003 — Founded in the Qingcheng Bridge industrial zone, Dujiangyan, with core technical, production and sales staff from the former Sichuan Dujiang Woodworking Machinery Factory.

First years — Paint coating equipment and complete lines for Chengdu furniture manufacturers. More than 80% of the local sauna board and flooring UV line market ran on our equipment.

Curtain coating and glass — PE and PU curtain coating primer and top coat lines for panel furniture. We replaced manual glass spraying with precision laser roller coaters, reaching about 95% of the Chengdu glass coating market, and expanded into Hebei, Jiangsu and Shandong.

2014 — After the 25th China Glass Expo in Shanghai, exports opened to the Middle East, East Asia, Europe and Southeast Asia. The FYRM7015 glass automatic corner rounding machine was launched, and a 2.2 m wide roller coater shipped to Iran.

Since — UV roller coating and spray lines for wooden door and interior door manufacturers, standardized into the series we export today under the Fonsor Machine brand.
