Single Roller Coater

What it does

Puts a measured 5–10 g/m² primer film on every panel, so the top coat covers in one pass instead of two.

The ZNGT-1300D applies a controlled single-roller film to flat workpieces, holding coating weight between 5 and 10 g/m² with an imported wear-resistant scraper.

Independent frequency converters and touch-screen control give precise roller speed and automatic instant lifting, while the diaphragm pump recirculates PU, PE or waterborne material with no waste.
