Heavy Precision Double Roller Coater

What it does

Coats glass, aluminum panel and large doors at production speed without the vibration marks a lighter frame leaves behind.

The heavy ZGT platform is built for low-vibration running at production speed, with distributing wheel and rubber roller each independently driven by frequency converter and reducer.

Film weight is held at 5–10 g/m² across wood, metal and glass by an imported wear-resistant scraper, and a diaphragm pump recirculates PU / PE / waterborne material with no waste.
