Automatic Precision Film Laminating Machine

What it does

Turns a coated panel into a skin-feel or high-gloss laminated panel in line — no separate pressing shop, no second handling.

The fully automatic UV integrated laminating machine bonds transparent film to board with UV, producing the skin-feel and high-light surfaces that dominate current furniture and door demand. The laminated surface is strongly scratch-resistant, yellowing-resistant and resists deformation.

Core components are specified by brand in the machine standard: Taiwan Shilin inverter, Holland Yunlong conveyor belt, Japan HSK and HRB main bearings, and two magnetic-powder tension controllers.
