Precision Double-Sided Dust Remover

What it does

Takes off the dust and burrs that cause most rejected top coats — both faces, one pass.

Dust on the board is the most common cause of rejected top coats. This machine runs four rollers over both faces of the workpiece and pulls debris into a centralised exhaust.

Conveying speed is adjustable to match the line, making it the standard prep stage before curtain or roller top-coat machines.
